Abstract

燃料噴射不良の発生した気筒の圧縮上死点後の回転数が必ずしも最低とならない挙動を示す場合のあるエンジンにおいて、燃料噴射不良発生気筒を検知することを課題とする。インジェクタ(3)のそれぞれの燃料噴射に伴う前記インジェクタ(3)に対応するそれぞれの気筒の個別基準回転数Nstdiを出力する個別基準回転数出力ユニット(30)と、前記各インジェクタ(3)のそれぞれの燃料噴射に伴う前記インジェクタ(3)に対応する各気筒の個別実回転数Niを算出するエンジン回転数センサー(6)と、対比演算ユニット(80)による正負が各気筒において全て一致し、かつ強制停止手段時における回転数差分の絶対値|ΔNi´|が全て仮判定手段時における回転数差分の絶対値|ΔNi|以上となるとき、燃料噴射不良であると仮判定した気筒は燃料噴射不良であると判定する燃料噴射不良検知手段とを具備するコモンレール式ディーゼルエンジン(1)
