Abstract

【課題】 赤色レーザ光の累積照射に伴う赤色レーザ光の透過率の低下度合は小さいが青紫色レーザ光の累積照射に伴う青紫色レーザ光の透過率の低下度合が大きいために、赤色レーザ光対応の対物レンズ材としては広く用いられてきたが青紫レーザ光対応の対物レンズ材としては実用に供することができなかった合成樹脂材を、青紫レーザ光対応の対物レンズ材としても使用することができるようにする。 【解決手段】 合成樹脂からなるレンズ部材に対して、青紫色レーザ光より短波長の電磁波を照射することにより、当該レンズ部材の、青紫色レーザ光の累積照射に伴う青紫レーザ光の透過率の変化度合を調整する。
