Abstract

　下記の構造の化合物とグリシドールとを反応させてなる含フッ素ポリマーを含む潤滑剤が提供される。本発明により、薄膜化を実現でき、かつ、被塗布面との吸着性の高い潤滑剤が提供される。 ＨＯＣＨ２ＣＨ（ＯＨ）ＣＨ２ＯＣＨ２ＣＦ２（ＯＣＦ２ＣＦ２）ｍ（ＯＣＦ２）ｎＯＣＦ２ＣＨ２ＯＣＨ２ＣＨ（ＯＨ）ＣＨ２ＯＨ・・・（７） ｛式７において、ｍ，ｎはゼロ以上の実数（ただし、ｍとｎが同時にゼロにはならない）である。（ＯＣＦ２ＣＦ２）ｍ（ＯＣＦ２）ｎは、ＣＦ２Ｏの構造単位とＣ２Ｆ４Ｏとの構造単位とが、互いにランダムな配列をとってもブロック化した配列をとってもよいことを意味する。｝
