Abstract

誘導性結合する複数の共振器の特性を精緻に設定できるマイクロストリップラインフィルタの提供を図る。マイクロストリップラインフィルタ(1)は、接地電極(5)と主面線路(2A~2E)と共通電極(3A,3B)と側面短絡電極(4A,4B)と入出力電極(7A,7B)とを備える。接地電極(5)は、矩形平板状の誘電体基板(10)の下面に設けられる。主面線路(2A~2E)は誘電体基板の上面に設けられて、それぞれ共振器の一部を構成する。共通電極(3A,3B)は、主面線路(2A~2C)を互いに導通させる。側面短絡電極(4A,4B)は、共通電極(3A,3B)により互いに導通する主面線路(2A~2C)の一組を、それぞれ誘電体基板(10)の同一の側面を介して接地電極(5)に導通させる。入出力電極(7A,7B)は、主面線路(2D,2E)の構成する共振器に結合する。
