Abstract

　入力された検出電圧から二次電池の温度を検出する温度検出端子と、４つの基準温度に対応する４つの閾値電圧を有し、該４つの閾値電圧と前記温度検出端子に入力された前記検出電圧とを比較し、前記検出電圧の温度範囲を示す温度領域信号を出力する温度比較部と、該温度比較部から出力された前記温度領域信号に基づいて、充電電流及び／又は充電電圧を制御する制御部と、を備えたことを特徴とする。
