Abstract

　直流電圧の正極,負極間の直流電流経路に配置されたスイッチング素子１０と、そのスイッチング素子１０によりオンオフされる直流電流経路に配置されたリアクトルＬ１と、リアクトルＬ１に並列に接続されたリアクトル用環流ダイオードＤ１と、スイッチング素子１０のオンオフを制御する制御部と、リアクトル用環流ダイオードＤ１に印加される逆電圧に基づいて、直流電圧の正極,負極間が短絡した直流短絡異常か否かを判定する直流短絡異常判定部とを備える。上記制御部は、直流短絡異常判定部が直流短絡異常と判定すると、電力変換部１のスイッチング素子１０をオフにする。
