Abstract

　直列接続された複数のスイッチング素子のサージ電圧を抑制するとともに特定のスイッチング素子に損失が集中することのないスイッチング回路を備えた電力変換装置を提供する。このスイッチング回路は、２つの主電極と１つの制御電極を有するノンラッチング型のスイッチング素子９と、スイッチング素子９の主電極間に印加されている電圧を検出する電圧検出手段４と、電圧検出手段４によって検出された電圧に応じて前記制御電極に制御信号を注入する制御電流源６と、前記制御信号を遅延させる遅延手段１２とを備えている構成とする。
