Abstract

 複数の電源セルを電気的に独立させて構成した組電源と、電源セルの端子間を切換素子で選択的に接続することにより各電源セルを任意に接続する切換器と、電源セルの端子間の電位差をそれぞれ検出する電圧検出器と、負荷へ供給する電圧を安定化させる電圧調整器と、負荷に供給される負荷電流を検出する電流検出器と、電圧検出器が検出した電圧信号、負荷の消費電力及び組電源の出力電力に基づき形成する制御信号により切換器を制御して切換素子のON/OFF状態を制御する制御器とを有する。
