Abstract

L'invention concerne le domaine de la construction et peut s'utiliser pour préparer des matériaux destinés à la compression semi-humide. Le dispositif comprend un boîtier dans lequel sont disposées, l'une sous l'autre, deux chambres avec des éléments actifs destinés au traitement du matériau par le mélangeage et le broyage de ce dernier, qui sont reliés par un orifice commun, ainsi qu'une tubulure de chargement, une tubulure de déchargement et un entraînement. On a disposé par-dessus une chambre de mélangeage de matériau, sous laquelle on a disposé une chambre pour le mélangeage et le broyage. Le dispositif comprend une unité de réglage et un deuxième entraînement relié à la chambre pour le mélangeage et le broyage et disposé sous cette chambre à l'intérieur du boîtier. Le premier entraînement est autonome et est destiné à la chambre de mélangeage; il est disposé au-dessus de cette dernière en dehors du boîtier. Chaque tubulure comprend un volet qui est relié à l'unité de réglage, la tubulure de déchargement est disposée sur le fond de la chambre supérieure et est décalé par rapport à son axe vertical. Les éléments actifs dans les deux chambres se présentent comme des palettes capables de pivoter autour de l'axe vertical. La chambre pour le mélangeage et le broyage a un plus faible volume en comparaison par rapport à la chambre de mélangeage. L'invention permet de réduire les dimensions et d'augmenter le rendement du dispositif.
