Abstract

　ヒドロキシエチルセルロースと、メチルセルロース及び／またはヒプロメロースを水に溶解してなる水性組成物及びこれに薬剤を配合した医薬品を提供する。 　本発明の組成物は、体温付近の熱で粘度が急激に増加するが、軽く振るなど弱い力を加えたときに急激に粘度が低下する。本発明の組成物に薬物を配合した医薬品は、生体に投与した場合、本発明の組成物が投与部位で速やかに増粘して長時間にわたってその部位に留まるため、薬物のＢＡが非常に高まる。また、熱で増粘した本発明の組成物に弱い力を与えただけで容易に流動性の高い組成物に変化することから、冷所冷蔵保存が必要なく、携帯が可能である。
