Abstract

 本発明によるポリオレフィン系樹脂予備発泡粒子は、ポリオレフィン系樹脂100重量部に対し、低分子型帯電防止剤を0.01重量部未満と、ポリエーテル-ポリオレフィン系樹脂ブロック共重合体系帯電防止剤5重量部以上30重量部以下を含有するポリオレフィン系樹脂組成物から成形されるポリオレフィン系樹脂粒子を発泡させてなる。このようなポリオレフィン系樹脂予備発泡粒子は、帯電防止性能を有する。また、このようなポリオレフィン系樹脂予備発泡粒子を製造するに際しては、使用されるポリオレフィン系樹脂組成物から成形されるポリオレフィン系樹脂粒子の水系分散媒での分散状態が、従来の粒子に比べて改善される為、予備発泡粒子の生産性が向上する。
