Abstract

AN OBJECT IS TO ACHIEVE SUPPRESSION OF THE OCCURRENCE OF STRIPE PATTERNS ON THE SURFACE OF A RESIN FOAM SHEET (1) WITH AN APPROACH OTHER THAN THE REGULATION OF THE EXTRUSION CONDITIONS, AND ALSO TO ACHIEVE PROVISION OF A RESIN FOAM SHEET (1) SUITABLE, FOR EXAMPLE, AS A MATERIAL FOR FORMING A FOAM MOLDED PRODUCT HAVING A THREE-DIMENSIONAL STRUCTURE. AS A SOLUTION TO THE OBJECT, PROVIDED IS A RESIN FOAM SHEET (1) FORMED BY EXTRUSION FOAMING WITH AN EXTRUDER A POLYPROPYLENE-BASED RESIN COMPOSITION MAINLY COMPOSED OF A POLYPROPYLENE-BASED RESIN, WHEREIN THE POLYPROPYLENE-BASED RESIN COMPOSITION INCLUDES A HIGH MELT TENSION POLYPROPYLENE RESIN IN A PROPORTION OF 20% BY MASS OR MORE AND LESS THAN 50% BY MASS IN RELATION TO THE POLYMER COMPONENT CONTAINED IN THE POLYPROPYLENE-BASED RESIN COMPOSITION.
