Abstract

【課題】発泡倍率を上げても低温衝撃性に優れた発泡成形品を得ることができるポリプロピレン系樹脂組成物、このポリプロピレン系樹脂組成物を用いた低温衝撃性に優れ、かつ、軽量で外観が良好な発泡成形品およびその製造方法を提供することを目的としている。 【解決手段】ポリプロピレン樹脂100重量と、粘度平均分子量が2400~3400のポリエチレンワックス1~4重量部とを含むポリプロピレン系樹脂組成物を用いて、1.5~3倍の発泡倍率で発泡させられた発泡成形品をガスカウンタープレッシャー法によって射出発泡成形するようにした。
