Abstract

 本発明は、溶融張力と流動性とのバランスに優れるとともに、耐衝撃性などの機械的強度に優れた射出発泡成形体を製造しうる、自動車部品製造用等に好適な発泡用ポリプロピレン系樹脂組成物、およびそれを用いた射出発泡成形体の製造方法を提供することを課題としている。本発明の発泡用ポリプロピレン系樹脂組成物は、特定量比のポリプロピレン系樹脂(A)と、エチレンと炭素原子数3~10のα-オレフィンとの共重合体(B)とを含み、前記エチレンと炭素原子数3~10のα-オレフィンとの共重合体(B)が、MFR190が1~10g/10分である高分子量成分(B-H)と、MFR190が20~50g/10分である低分子量成分(B-L)とを含んでなり、(B-H)と(B-L)の重量比率が、(B-H):(B-L)=6:4~2:8であることを特徴としている。
