Abstract

　ウエハが大面積で多数の被検査電極を有するものでも、製造コストおよびメンテナンスコストが低減化されるウエハ検査用プローブ部材およびプローブカードを提供する。このウエハ検査用プローブ部材は、厚み方向に伸びる複数の異方導電膜配置用孔が形成されたフレーム板と、フレーム板の各異方導電膜配置用孔内に配置され、その周辺部に支持された、厚み方向に導電性を示す複数の弾性異方導電膜と、弾性異方導電膜の少なくとも表面に一体的に設けられた、絶縁膜の厚み方向に伸びる複数の電極構造体が配置されてなる接点膜とを具え、弾性異方導電膜の各々は、接点膜の電極構造体が位置する部分に形成された、弾性高分子物質中に磁性を示す導電性粒子が密に含有されてなる厚み方向に伸びる複数の接続用導電部と、接続用導電部を相互に絶縁する絶縁部とを有し、電極構造体の各々は、少なくとも一部が磁性を示す材料により構成されている。
