Abstract

対向配置されたアノード触媒層及びカソード触媒層と、アノード触媒層及びカソード触媒層の間に設けられた高分子電解質膜と、を備える膜-電極接合体(MEA)、及び、これを備える燃料電池。アノード触媒層及びカソード触媒層のうち少なくとも一方が、白金及び白金を含む合金から選ばれる少なくも1種の触媒と該触媒物質が担体に担持された触媒担持体と、炭化水素系高分子電解質と、を含有する。触媒担持体の触媒担持率は60質量%以上である。
