Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé de production d'hydrogène. Le procédé est réalisé en utilisant une réaction de reformage autothermique qui peut entraîner une réaction de reformage par oxydation partielle et une réaction de reformage de vapeur en parallèle à l'intérieur d'un réacteur de reformage (1) qui est utilisé pour produire un gaz de reformage contenant de l'hydrogène à partir d'un matériau brut mélangé comprenant un matériau brut d'hydrocarbure vaporisé, de l'oxygène et de l'eau. Le réacteur de reformage (1) comprend : une première zone (41) qui présente une voie de passage de gaz donnée et contient un premier catalyseur pour entraîner principalement une réaction de reformage par oxydation partielle (une réaction exothermique) ; et une seconde zone (42) qui présente une voie de passage de gaz donnée et contient un second catalyseur pour entraîner principalement une réaction de reformage de vapeur (une réaction endothermique). La première zone (41) et la seconde zone (42) sont disposées de manière adjacente sur les côtés opposés d'un tube interne thermo-conducteur (3). Le premier catalyseur est alimenté dans un espace en dessous de la position intermédiaire de la première zone (41).
