Abstract

　本発明の目的は、被覆層の厚みが均一で細粒剤や口腔内崩壊錠に応用した場合に口腔内でのざらつきがない小さい顆粒を高い収率で製造できる微小な核粒子を提供することである。本発明によれば、結晶セルロースを５０質量％以上含有し、平均粒子径が１００μｍ未満、相対流動性指数が７．０～３０．０、比表面積が０．１５ｍ２／ｇ未満、タッピング嵩密度が０．８０ｇ／ｍＬ以上である核粒子を提供する。
