Claims (4)
- 第1のフルオロポリマーを分級して、モードの、D95に対する比が0.75以上であるフルオロポリマー粒度分布を有する第2のフルオロポリマーを提供する工程を含む、フルオロポリマー粉末を製造するための方法であって、前記フルオロポリマーが、テトラフルオロエチレンおよびパーフルオロ(プロピルビニル)エーテルから誘導された共重合単位からなるコポリマーであるとき、前記フルオロポリマーの末端基の数を100万個の炭素原子当たり60個未満の不安定末端基に低減する工程をさらに有する、方法。

約75ミクロンより大きい粒子を実質的に含有しないフルオロポリマーを含む組成物であって、前記フルオロポリマーが、テトラフルオロエチレンおよびパーフルオロ(プロピルビニル)エーテルから誘導された共重合単位からなるコポリマーであるとき、前記フルオロポリマーが、100万個の炭素原子当たり60個未満の不安定末端基を有する、組成物。
