Abstract

 組み込み性の向上を図ることができ、しかも、ころ軸方向長さの延長が可能となって、定格荷重のアップを図ることができる円すいころ軸受を提供する。  内輪51と外輪52とこれらの間に転動自在に配された円すいころ53と、円すいころ53を保持する保持器54とを備え、内輪51の大径側にのみ鍔部56を設けた円すいころ軸受である。保持器54は、大径側環状部61と小径側環状部62とこれらを連結する柱部63とを備える。大径側環状部61には引っ掛け部65がある。組立状態を保てるような引っ掛かりが内輪51の鍔部56に対してある。中立状態では鍔部56に非接触であり、運転中には鍔部56に非接触もしくは、鍔部56に接触する場合は、引っ掛け部内面65aと鍔部56の切欠部66の底面66aが接触状態となる。引っ掛け部65の外面70の内径端部に内輪51の組み込みをガイドするガイド面部71を設けた。
