Abstract

【解決手段】 所定温度のヒータに接触させ、反応液の核酸増幅反応を促進するための反応液用容器であって、表面と裏面とを有し、前記いずれかの面もしくはその両面がヒータに対向した状態に保持されるように構成された基板と、この基板の面方向に互いに離間、独立して設けられ、それぞれに前記反応液を保持し液密に密閉されるウエルと、を有し、前記ウエルは、前記基板に設けられた開口部と、この開口部の基板表面側および裏面側を閉塞する閉塞部材とからなり、少なくとも前記ヒータと接する側の面を閉塞する閉塞部材は厚さ10~300μmの伸縮性フィルム部分を有するものであることを特徴とする反応液用容器が提供される。
