Abstract

 触媒として第3級アミンと、特定の金属塩または第4級アンモニウム塩とを用い、低温領域での接着性およびフォーム強度に優れたスプレー法による硬質フォーム等の製造方法の提供。  ポリオール組成物として、特定のポリオール(A)、ポリオール(B)、ポリオール(C)およびポリマー粒子を含むポリオール(P)、および水のみを発泡剤に用いてスプレー法により硬質フォームを製造する方法。なお、ポリオール(A):脂肪族アミン又は脂環族アミンにアルキレンオキシドを開環付加重合させて得られる水酸基価が100~800mgKOH/g、エチレンオキシドの割合が15~80質量%未満のポリオール、ポリオール(B):マンニッヒ縮合物にアルキレンオキシドを開環付加重合させて得られる、水酸基価が200~500mgKOH/gのポリオール、ポリオール(C):芳香族化合物を含むモノマーを重縮合して製造される、水酸基価が100~700mgKOH/gのポリエステルポリオール、である。
