Abstract
天然ガス111を冷媒135,145,155と熱交換して液化する液化装置11と、液化装置11に供給する冷媒134,144,154を圧縮する冷媒圧縮機13,14,15と、冷媒圧縮機13,14,15を駆動するモータ131,141,151と、モータ131,141,151を駆動するための電力を発生する通常運転用の発電設備21~25及び予備の発電設備25と、例えば通常運転用の発電設備21~24に稼動停止機24が生じた場合、稼動停止機以外の通常運転用の発電設備21~23を増出力させ、予備の発電設備25を起動する制御装置40とを備える天然ガス液化プラントを提供する。これにより、稼動停止したタービン発電設備が生じた場合の電力供給量の低下を抑制することができる。
