Abstract
コスト低減を図りつつガスタービン発電装置を過負荷運転させることができ、プラント電源の安定化しいてはプラント操業の安定化を図ることができる天然ガス液化プラント及びその運転方法を提供する。 冷凍サイクル系統60,61を有し精製された天然ガスを冷却して液化する天然ガス液化設備68と、冷凍サイクル系統60,61の電動機65,5に電力を供給する発電設備71とを備えた天然ガス液化プラントにおいて、天然ガスの精製過程で得られた二酸化炭素又は窒素をガスタービン発電装置72a~72eに弁79,79a~79eを介して供給する供給系統85と、例えばガスタービン発電装置72aが稼働停止した場合、供給系統85の弁79,79b~79dを開放して稼働継続中のガスタービン発電装置72b~72dに二酸化炭素又は窒素を供給し、稼働継続中のガスタービン発電装置72b~72dを過負荷運転させる制御装置81等を備える。
