Abstract

天然ガスを冷却して液化天然ガスを製造するLNG製造設備10と、海水から水を製造する水製造設備30と、これらの設備の稼動に必要な電力を発電する発電設備20とを備えた複合プラント1及びその運転方法である。 該プラント1は、LNG製造設備10を構成する機器のうち停止を避けたい機器を駆動する電動機を設置し、水製造設備30のうち停止が可能な機器を駆動する電動機を設置し、発電設備20は電力線24を通じてLNG製造設備10の電動機と水製造設備30の電動機にそれぞれ電力を供給するように構成し、LNG製造設備10、水製造設備30及び発電設備20の運転状態を検出すると共に該運転状態に基いて運転制御指令を出力する制御装置80を備え、該運転制御指令に基いて前記供給電力のうちLNG製造設備10の電動機への電力供給と、水製造設備30の電動機への電力供給とをそれぞれ制御可能に構成している。
