Abstract

天然ガスを冷却して液化天然ガスを製造するＬＮＧ製造設備１０と、海水から水を製造する水製造設備３０と、これらの設備の稼動に必要な電力を発電する発電設備２０とを備えた複合プラント１及びその運転方法である。 該プラント１は、ＬＮＧ製造設備１０を構成する機器のうち停止を避けたい機器を駆動する電動機を設置し、水製造設備３０のうち停止が可能な機器を駆動する電動機を設置し、発電設備２０は電力線２４を通じてＬＮＧ製造設備１０の電動機と水製造設備３０の電動機にそれぞれ電力を供給するように構成し、ＬＮＧ製造設備１０、水製造設備３０及び発電設備２０の運転状態を検出すると共に該運転状態に基いて運転制御指令を出力する制御装置８０を備え、該運転制御指令に基いて前記供給電力のうちＬＮＧ製造設備１０の電動機への電力供給と、水製造設備３０の電動機への電力供給とをそれぞれ制御可能に構成している。
