Abstract
A complex plant (1) including an LNG production equipment (10) for cooling natural gas to produce liquefied natural gas, a water production equipment (30) for producing water from seawater and electric power equipment (20) for generating electric power required for operating these equipments, and an operation method of the plant. The plant (1) is equipped with an electric motor for driving an instrument whose suspension is to be avoided among instruments constituting the LNG production equipment (10) and is equipped with an electric motor for driving an instrument which can be suspended in the water production equipment (30). The electric power equipment (20) is structured to supply the electric power to the motor of the LNG production equipment (10) and the motor of the water production equipment (30)through an electric line (24), respectively, includes a controller (80) for detecting operating conditions of the LNG production equipment (10), the water production equipment (30) and the electric power equipment (20) and also outputting operation control instructions based on the operating conditions, and structured to be capable of respectively controlling the power supply to the motor of the LNG production equipment (10) and the power supply to the motor of the water productionequipment (30) among the power supplies based on the operation control instructions.
