It is about a power generating apparatus using fluid, which can obtain maximum power from natural energy with converted rectilinear motion into rotary motion, such as water. As the present invention, the apparatus using fluid includes; a bucket to put fluid in for loading itself; an Opening- and- shutting valve, which installed under the bucket to control the direction of water; a controller of opening and shutting, which connected with the opening- and- shutting valve for opening and shutting the valve; a motion converter, which connected with the bucket for convert rectilinear motion of the bucket into rotary motion; as well as subsidiary equipments for connection for connect the bucket to the motion converter.
