Abstract

PURPOSE:To generate power under saving energy by a method wherein the device in which a rubber diaphragm is suspended between rotary bodies provided at both sides of a crank shaft is dipped into water in the device for taking out the rotary motion utilizing the circular motion of water particles in wave. CONSTITUTION:The crank shaft 7 is supported by a stationary side board 9 rotatably through a pair of bearings 8 and a rotary board 1, extending in the direction of the dimention of a crank pin, is supported rotatably by the crank shaft 7 at the part of the crank pin. Two buoyant bodies 2 are attached to both ends of the rotary board 1 and the rubber diaphragm 3 is suspended between both buoyant bodies 2, 2 so as to cover both surfaces of the rotary board 1. A space, formed between the rubber diaphragm 3 and the rotary board 1, is filled with water poured through a water pouring port 4 capable of being sealed by a rubber plug 5. In such constitution, the crank shaft 7 is rotated one turn in every passing of the wave of one wave length while the rotating power of the disc 10 or the like may be taken out through the disc 10 or the like.
