Abstract
PURPOSE: To make it possible to obtain a large output continuously by limiting the revolution of a blade member for opening and closing within the degree of 90 and by eliminating excessive reversal and rotation and contact lapping.
CONSTITUTION: When a fluid is applied to a prime mover, opening and closing blade members 7 and 7' are subject to a large resistance produced by the fluid on the closed side by stopper arms 8 and 8'. The opening and closing blade members 7 and 7' to be relieved from engagement by the stopper arms 8 and 8' are opened, thereby reducing the resistance and rotating a rotary shaft 1. The rotating angle of the opening and closing blade members 7 and 7' is limited within 90°. Even when a large number of opening and closing blade members 7 and 7' are closely installed on the same supporting arm 6, their excessive reversal and rotation and lapped contact will be eliminated, thereby obtaining a large output continuously.
