Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft die zusätzliche Nutzung von Niedertemperaturwärme zur Stromerzeugung unter Verwendung von überkritischem Kohlendioxid als Arbeitsmittel. Sie beinhaltet ein Verfahren und eine Anlage zur Anwendung des Verfahrens, mit denen ein höherer Wirkungsgrad als mit bekannten Verfahren erreicht wird und deren Arbeitsbereich ein breiteres Temperaturband und damit eine solche Regelbreite umfasst, die es erlaubt, optimale Fahrweisen im Sommer- und Winterbetrieb ohne konstruktive Änderungen bei gleichzeitig einfachem konstruktivem Aufbau und ohne zusätzliche Umweltgefährdungen bei einem vergleichsweise geringem materialtechnischen Aufwand zu gewährleisten. Gleichzeitig wird eine Verringerung der Kohlendioxid-Emission erreicht. Zur Realisierung des Verfahrens wird Niedertemperaturwärme von einer vorhandenen Wärmequelle (1) durch unter hohem überkritischen Druck stehende Kohlendioxid als Wärmeträger aufgenommen, danach arbeitsleistend über eine, mit einem Generator (3) gekoppelten Expansionsmaschine (2) entspannt, wobei der Wärmeträger sich abkühlt, anschließend unter Einsatz einer Kältequelle (4) verflüssigt und in flüssiger Form wieder auf den Arbeitsdruck komprimiert wird.
