Abstract

L'invention concerne une composition contenant au moins une matière grasse lactique, de préférence estérifiée par l'acide palmitique en position sn-2, et, en option, au moins une protéine lactique et/ou au moins un produit d'hydrolyse d'une protéine lactique, laquelle composition sert à préparer un agent permettant d'améliorer l'absorption du calcium.
