Abstract

 コチョウランの花色を改変する方法、特に白色のコチョウランから赤色系統に改変されたコチョウランを製造する方法を提供する。  フラバノン3-水酸化酵素をコードする遺伝子、フラボノイド3'-水酸化酵素をコードする遺伝子、ジヒドロフラボノール4-還元酵素をコードする遺伝子並びにアントシアニジン合成酵素をコードする遺伝子をコチョウランに導入し、発現させることを特徴とする花色が改変されたコチョウランの製造方法。
