参见图 4, 本发明实施例还提供了一种移动业务设备, 具体包括: 通知 消息生成单元 401和通知消息发送单元 402。
通知消息生成模块 401 , 用于获取漏话信息, 并才艮据漏话信息生成通知 消息。
通知消息发送模块 402,用于向被叫发送通知消息生成模块 401生成的 通知消息。
另外,前述实施例 2提供的系统中的提示留言单元 403及存储单元 404 , 可设置在该移动业务设备中, 也可单独设置。 存储单元 404 , 用于存储漏话 信息和主叫的留言, 并向通知消息生成模块 401提供漏话信息和主叫的留
^ 。
这里的主叫和被叫可以是手机、 小灵通等移动终端或者固话终端, 并 且, 本实施例中的被叫设置了漏话提醒业务。
移动业务设备中各个模块的应用如下:
当被叫处于无法接通状态时,将漏话信息和主叫的留言记录在存储单元 404或移动业务设备可以访问的其它存储服务器,通知消息生成模块 401根 据漏话信息和接收的留言生成通知消息。
检测到被叫开机后,通知消息发送模块 402将生成的通知消息发送给被 叫。
这里的彩信格式的通知消息可以按预定的 MMS格式生成,也可以使用 可配置的消息格式生成。 MMS格式的通知消息中的参数及参数说明如实施 例 1中的表 1所示。
通知消息中除了包含留言信息和漏话信息外,还可以自动向其中添加其 他多媒体部分, 多媒体元素可以是 MMS 终端支持的任何媒体类型 (例如 图像、 动画图像 (GIF )、 视频 (3GP )等)。
上述方法中的全部或部分步骤可以通过指令控制相应的硬件完成, 该 指令可以存储于存储介质中, 存储介质, 如计算机或服务器的硬盘和内存 中。
本发明实施例通过将留言和漏话信息生成 MMS格式的通知消息,扩展 了原有漏话提醒系统, 本发明实施例中的漏话提醒方法或系统除了保存原 有的漏话信息外, 还保存主叫用户的留言信息, 这样被叫用户可接通后能 及时地收到包含主叫用户留言信息的通知消息, 而不需要重新拨打主叫用 户就能获取主叫用户的来电原因, 为漏话提醒系统的用户提供了及时的沟 通通道。
另外, 本发明实施例通过判断被叫的接通状态, 可以有选择性的提示 主叫留言, 主叫不必每次拨叫都留言, 增强了系统的实用性。 为使较长时 间不开机的被叫能够收到漏话提醒业务中的留言, 本发明实施例中的漏话 提醒系统提供了存储留言和漏话信息的存储设备, 增强了系统的可靠性, 使被叫能够收到漏话中的留言信息。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例, 并不用以限制本发明, 凡在本发 明的精神和原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在 本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1. 一种漏话提醒方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
主叫呼叫被叫, 当未能接通被叫时, 获取主叫向被叫的呼叫请求; 记录主叫的留言和漏话信息;
才艮据所述留言和所述漏话信息生成通知消息;
向所述被叫发送所述通知消息。
2. 如权利要求 1所述的漏话提醒方法, 其特征在于, 所述漏话信息包 括: 所述主叫的号码、 拨打时间、 拨打次数、 获取留言的路径中至少一种。
3. 如权利要求 1所述的漏话提醒方法, 其特征在于, 所述通知消息具 体包括:
文本信息和语音信息, 所述文本信息为所述漏话信息, 所述语音信息 为所述主叫的留言。
4. 如权利要求 1所述的漏话提醒方法, 其特征在于, 所述获取主叫向 被叫的呼叫请求的步骤后, 还包括:
判断所述被叫是否处于不可接通状态, 如果是, 提示主叫留言。
5. 如权利要求 4所述的漏话提醒方法, 其特征在于, 所述不可接通状 态为不在服务区、 占线、 关机或无人接听。
6. 如权利要求 1所述的漏话提醒方法, 其特征在于, 所述通知消息为 彩信通知消息。
7. 一种漏话提醒系统, 其特征在于, 包括: 检测单元、 提示留言单元、 存储单元和移动业务单元;
所述检测单元, 用于获取主叫的呼叫信息, 根据所述呼叫信息检测被 叫是否可以接通;
所述存储单元, 用于记录漏话信息和存储所述主叫的留言;
所述移动业务单元, 在所述检测单元检测到所述被叫不能接通时, 根 据所述存储单元存储的留言和漏话信息生成通知消息, 向所述被叫发送所 述通知消息。
8. 如权利要求 7所述的漏话提醒系统, 其特征在于, 还包括: 提示留言单元, 用于在被叫用户未能接通时提示所述主叫留言; 当所述检测单元检测到所述被叫不能接通时, 所述提示留言单元提示 所述主叫留言, 所述存储单元存储所述主叫的留言, 所述移动业务单元根 据所述存储单元存储的留言和漏话信息生成通知消息, 并向所述被叫发送 所述通知消息。
9. 一种移动业务设备, 其特征在于, 包括:
通知消息生成模块, 用于获取漏话信息和所述主叫的留言, 并根据所 述主叫的留言和漏话信息生成通知消息;
通知消息发送模块, 用于向所述被叫发送所述通知消息生成模块生成 的通知消息。
10. 如权利要求 9所述的移动业务设备, 其特征在于, 还包括: 提示留言单元, 用于在被叫用户未能接通时提示所述主叫留言。
11. 如权利要求 9或 10所述的移动业务设备, 其特征在于, 还包括: 存储单元, 用于存储漏话信息和所述主叫的留言, 并将所述漏话信息 和所述主叫的留言发送给所述通知消息生成模块。
