Abstract

 耐久性に優れた純水を潤滑液とする軸受け又はシールを提供する。  本発明は可動部材と静止部材とを有し、電気抵抗が1~18.25MΩcmの純水を潤滑液とする純水潤滑軸受け又は純水潤滑シールに関する。軸受け又はシールは、前記可動部材及び前記静止部材の少なくとも一方の部材の滑り面にダイヤモンドライクカーボン膜を形成したことを特徴とする。
