Abstract

本発明の燃料電池システムは、燃料ガスを用いて発電する燃料電池(1)と、原料を用いて水素を含む燃料ガスを生成する燃料ガス生成器(2)と、燃料ガス生成器を加熱する燃焼バーナ(2a)と、燃焼バーナ(2a)に空気を供給する燃焼ファン(2b)と、制御器(101)とを備え、燃料ガスが供給される前に燃料電池(1)の内部が原料により充填されており、制御器(101)は、燃料ガス生成器(2)で生成された燃料ガスを燃料電池(1)へ供給開始する際に、燃料ガスを第２経路(R2)及び第４経路(R4)に分流させるように開閉弁(8,9)を開に制御する。
