Abstract
L'invention concerne une pastille de résine renforcée par une charge de fibres longues. La pastille comprend une charge de fibres longues et un mélange de résine thermoplastique, la charge de fibres longues étant disposée dans la pastille en spirale autour de la direction de la longueur de la pastille (la direction de l'axe central). La pastille a une couche de peau ayant une faible teneur en charge de fibres longues et un noyau ayant une teneur élevée en charge de fibres longues. L'aire en coupe transversale du noyau représente de 30 à 70 % de l'aire en coupe transversale de la pastille. Le mélange de résine thermoplastique comprend un polyphénylène éther et une résine thermoplastique autre que le polyphénylène éther.
