本实用新型涉及阀座为热塑性树脂和金属嵌件注塑结合的截止阀,尤其涉及该截止阀的阀座。
技术背景
由图1A-1E可见:现有技术中阀座由热塑性树脂阀体11和金属嵌件12经注塑而成,热塑性树脂包覆在金属嵌件外层,金属嵌件口部与热塑性树脂外层相平,阀座通过金属嵌件口部的内螺纹与阀芯的外螺纹相连接。图中:密封圈10。
由于金属嵌件与热塑性树脂的粘合强度低,金属嵌件与热塑性树脂结合处的承压强度一般低于1.6Mpa,当承压强度提高时,管路中的水或其它液体介质就会从金属嵌件与热塑性树脂

结合处的缝口溢出,影响了管道的使用安全。为提高连接后管路的质量,有必要对截止阀的构造进行设计。

本实用新型包括:热塑性树脂阀体和金属嵌件;在阀座金属嵌件口部的外面加覆一层热塑性树脂;所述的热塑性树脂的一端与热塑性树脂阀体连为一体,另一端与金属嵌件的内螺纹沿面相平。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:提高了耐压强度,保证了连接后管路的质量。

由图2A、图2B可见:本实用新型包括:热塑性树脂阀体11和金属嵌件12;在阀座金属嵌件12口部的外面加覆一层热塑性树脂13;所述的热塑性树脂13的一端与热塑性树脂阀体11连为一体,另一端与金属嵌件12的内螺纹沿面相平;
所述热塑性树脂13的厚度为0.5~10mm。
本实用新型中加覆热塑层增加了与金属嵌件的接触面积,提高了截止阀的耐压强度;另外,加覆热塑层改变了金属嵌件与热塑性树脂缝口之间的压力传递路径,加覆热塑层在阀芯密封圈的紧压下,提高了耐压强度,保证了连接后管路的质量。

1.一种截止阀的阀座结构,包括:热塑性树脂阀体(11)和金属嵌件(12);其特征在于:在阀座金属嵌件(12)口部的外面加覆一层热塑性树脂(13);所述的热塑性树脂(13)的一端与热塑性树脂阀体(11)连为一体,另一端与金属嵌件(12)的内螺纹沿面相平。
2.根据权利要求1所述的截止阀的阀座结构,其特征在于:所述热塑性树脂(13)的厚度为0.5~10mm。
