Abstract

　隔壁（４）によって電極パターンを形成する有機ＥＬパネルの薄型化、長寿命化を図るために、基板（１）の一面を含めて、第１電極（２），隔壁（４），有機層（５），及び第２電極（６）を被覆する被覆膜（７，７０，７１）を備え、被覆膜を形成する被覆材を吸湿剤とアモルファス状の有機材料とからなるものとし、被覆膜を少なくとも隔壁の側面の一部に接触するように形成する。
