Abstract

Le matériau de revêtement constituant le film de revêtement est composé d'un agent absorbant l'humidité et d'un matériau organique amorphe, et le film de revêtement est formé de façon à être en contact avec au moins une partie de la face latérale de la nervure de barrière.
