Abstract

 本発明は、操作が簡便であり、タンパク質濃度に依存することなく感度の高いATPの測定を可能とする物質を提供することを課題とし、さらには、該物質を用いたATPの測定方法を提供することを課題とする。かかる課題は、ATPの結合に応じて構造変化を起こしうるタンパク質、即ちATP合成酵素のサブユニットであるεタンパク質に、蛍光共鳴エネルギー移動(FRET)におけるドナー及びアクセプターとなりうる2種類の蛍光物質をそれぞれ結合させてなる蛍光標識融合タンパク質により解決され、さらには、該蛍光標識融合タンパク質を被験物質と接触させた後の蛍光スペクトルを測定することにより解決される。
