Abstract

  中空糸形状のフッ化ビニリデン系樹脂多孔膜からなり、差圧100kPa、水温25°Cの条件で測定した試長L=200mmでの透水量の空孔率=70%への換算値F(L=200mm,v=70%)(m/day)と、ハーフドライ/バブルポイント法(ASTM・F316およびASTM・E1294)による孔径分布に基づく平均孔径Pm(μm)の四乗値Pm4との比、F(L=200mm,v=70%)(m/day)/Pm4が7万以上であることを特徴とするフッ化ビニリデン系樹脂中空糸多孔膜。この中空糸多孔膜は、平均孔径が従来に比べて更に低下して、微粒子除去性能が向上しているとともに、透水量の低下が抑制されている。上記中空糸多孔膜を、従来よりも超高分子量樹脂成分を増大した樹脂原料と、増大した割合の可塑剤および良溶剤を含む原料組成物の溶融押出しおよび低温冷却により製造する。
