Abstract

　本発明のディスプレイパネルは、表示電極（５）が設けられた前面板（１）と、アドレス電極（１０）が設けられた背面板（８）と、電極（５，１０）を被覆する誘電体層（６，１１）と、隔壁（１２）と、が設けられている。誘電体層（６，１１）および隔壁（１２）から選ばれる少なくとも１つは、酸化物ガラスを用いて形成されている。この酸化物ガラスが本発明のガラス組成物であり、含まれる元素の内、酸素（Ｏ）を除く元素の比率が、５６原子％≦Ｂ≦７２原子％、０原子％≦Ｚｎ≦１８原子％、８原子％≦Ｒ＜１２原子％、０原子％≦Ｍ≦５原子％、０原子％≦Ｓｉ≦１５原子％、である。なお、本発明のガラス組成物に含まれるアルカリ金属元素は、ＫおよびＮａから選ばれる少なくとも１種であり、Ｒは、ＫおよびＮａの合計量を示す。Ｍは、Ｍｇ、Ｃａ、ＳｒおよびＢａの合計量を示す。
