Abstract

【課題】ＬＥＤを空気が入らないように隙間の存しない密閉防水構造とすることで、曇り発生を回避してＬＥＤの輝度を確保し、また、放熱設計を行うことで、ＬＥＤ照明装置の寿命の増大を図る。 【解決手段】一方が開口し他方を閉塞された底部１４ａを有する筐体１１、筐体１１に収納され、表面には相互に離間配置した複数個のＬＥＤ２０を、裏面には抵抗素子２１をそれぞれ実装した回路基板１８、および回路基板１８の裏面に電気接続され、筐体１１の側部を貫通して外部へ引き出されるリード線１２を具備し、開口に透明樹脂材２７を充填してＬＥＤ２０との間で隙間が存しないようにＬＥＤ２０を密閉し、かつ、回路基板１８の裏面を、抵抗素子２１とリード線と共にシリコンゴム２８により封止する。また、回路基板１８の表面に、各ＬＥＤ２０の側面を包囲するスペーサ２６を設け、スペーサ２６をＬＥＤ２０と共に透明樹脂材２７で隙間が発生しないように完全に密閉した。
