本实用新型设计LED显示屏，尤其是一种防水LED显示屏。 
背景技术
现有LED显示屏防水效果不好，很容易在下雨天使雨水流入到显示屏内部，而造成内部电源的短路，这样使得LED显示屏使用寿命缩短，而且容易产生安全隐患。所以人们为了避免LED显示屏进水，在LED显示屏上方设一个遮雨棚，但是这样影响LED显示屏的美观，而且遇到非常恶劣的天气依然起不到保护的作用。 
实用新型内容
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采设计了一种防水效果好的LED显示屏： 
包括有壳罩，在壳罩内从前往后依次设有LED发光电路板和安装板，在安装板上设有电源盒和信号控制器，其特征在于：在显示有LED发光电路板一面的壳罩面上设有用密封胶密封连接的钢化玻璃，在壳罩上设有钢化玻璃相对的一面安装有带密封圈的门板。 
在安装板上还安装有为LED发光电路板进行散热用的风扇。 
在安装板上还安装有音箱。 
在门板上还设有散热用的百叶窗。 
采用上面结构后，LED显示屏防水效果好，由于钢化玻璃与壳罩通过密封胶密封连接，这样在防止漏水的同时可以保护发光电路板，而且壳罩上安装的门板上还设有密封圈，这样可以确保雨水不会渗入 显示屏内部，而且在门板上还设有百叶窗，在防水的同时能保证空气流通为显示屏散热，使得显示屏的使用寿命更长，而且不影响显示屏的整体外观。

具体实施方式
如图1所示本实用新型LED显示屏，包括有壳罩3，在壳罩3内从前往后依次设有LED发光电路板2和安装板4，在安装板4上还安装有电源盒8和信号控制器9，所述的电源盒8为LED发光电路板提供电源，所述的信号控制器9将外部信号处理传输到LED发光电路板2是其显示信息，在安装板4背面还安装有为LED发光电路板2散热的风扇7以及输出声音信号的音箱10。在壳罩3正面有显示窗，LED发光电路板2通过显示窗显示信息，在壳罩3显示窗上用密封胶密封连接有钢化玻璃1，这样可以防止雨水从显示窗进入壳罩内，在壳罩3背面安装有门板5，门板5与壳罩3接触的地方设有密封圈，这样可以防止雨水从缝隙流入壳罩3内，而且在门板5上还设有百叶窗6可以散发LED发光电路板2产生的热量，由于百叶窗6开口方向向下可以防止雨水滴入显示屏内部。

1.一种防水LED显示屏，包括有壳罩（3），在壳罩（3）内从前往后依次设有LED发光电路板（2）和安装板（4），在安装板（4）上设有电源盒（8）和信号控制器（9），其特征在于：在显示有LED发光电路板（2）一面的壳罩（3）面上设有用密封胶密封连接的钢化玻璃（1），在壳罩（3）上设有钢化玻璃（1）相对的一面安装有带密封圈的门板（5）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水LED显示屏，其特征在于：在安装板（4）上还安装有为LED发光电路板（2）进行散热用的风扇（7）。
3.根据权利要求1所属的一种防水LED显示屏，其特征在于：在安装板（4）上还安装有音箱（10）。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水LED显示屏，其特征在于：在门板（5）上还设有散热用的百叶窗（6）。
