Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé d'évacuation de l'air résiduel contenu dans l'espace de tête d'un récipient (2) pour des boissons (3) produisant une mousse (8) remontant vers le haut par injection d'un fluide dans cet espace de tête, lequel procédé permet de traiter des canettes (2), notamment des récipients de grand volume pour les fêtes, contenant p. ex. de la bière, de sorte que l'oxygène se trouvant dans l'espace de tête des canettes (2) une fois remplies soit expulsé de cet espace. Selon l'invention, un fluide gazeux est injecté sous pression dans l'emballage ouvert (2).
