Abstract

　直進走行性能、高速性能、乗り心地、ユニフォミティ等のタイヤ諸性能を損なうことなく、旋回操縦性能（コーナリング性）を向上させた二輪車用タイヤを実現する。 　トレッド部１１と、その両縁部からタイヤ半径方向内側に配設されたサイドウォール部１２と、そのタイヤ半径方向内側に連なるビード部３１とからなり、これら各部を該ビード部内に埋設されたビードコア２１相互間にわたり補強するカーカス層２２と、そのタイヤ半径方向外側に、タイヤ周方向に対して実質上平行に螺旋巻き形成されてなるスパイラルベルト２３とを具備する二輪車用タイヤである。スパイラルベルト層２３が、螺旋型付けされたスチール素線の１本以上を撚り合わせずにゴムに埋設してなるスチール－ゴム複合体からなり、かつ、スチール素線の素線径が、０．２５ｍｍ～０．６０ｍｍである。
