Abstract

【課題】  親水化された合成高分子からなるウイルス除去膜に対しても、蛋白溶液を濾過した後に正確なインテグリティテストができる金属粒子または金属化合物粒子を含むコロイド溶液を用いた膜のインテグリティテスト方法及び該コロイド溶液の製造方法を提供すること。 【解決手段】 次の(A)成分と(B)成分、(A)成分と(C)成分、あるいは(A)成分と(B)成分と(C)成分を含む溶媒に分散された金属粒子を含むコロイド溶液を、微多孔膜で濾過する工程を含むことを特徴とする微多孔膜のインテグリティテスト方法。  (A)スルホン酸基を持つアニオン性高分子;  (B)疎水部分に多環状構造を持つ非イオン性界面活性剤およびポリオキシエチレンソルビタン脂肪酸エステル類の非イオン性界面活性剤からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種類の非イオン性界面活性剤;  (C)ピロリドン基を有する水溶性高分子
