Abstract

 ユーザ装置と上りリンクの共有チャネルを用いて通信を行う基地局装置は、下りリンクにおいて前記共有チャネルのための制御チャネルを送信するタイムフレーム、前記共有チャネルを受信するタイムフレーム又は前記共有チャネルに対する送達確認情報を送信するタイムフレームが、当該ユーザ装置における異なる周波数のセルの測定を行う時間間隔と重なっているユーザ装置;以外のユーザ装置の中から、共有チャネルの割り当てを行うユーザ装置を選択する選択手段;前記選択手段において選択されたユーザ装置に対して共有チャネルを割り当てる割り当て手段;を備える。
