Abstract

 本発明の目的は、新規多分岐鎖ポリオキシアルキレン誘導体、およびその製造中間体の提供である。詳細には、該多分岐鎖ポリオキシアルキレン誘導体で修飾された生体関連物質が高い活性率を保持出来、かつ該修飾体の製造が容易な多分岐鎖ポリオキシアルキレン誘導体、その中間体および生体関連物質が結合した該多分岐鎖ポリオキシアルキレン誘導体を提供することにある。生体関連物質と反応可能な官能基を有するポリオキシアルキレン誘導体(1)、当該化合物との反応により修飾された生体関連物質、および当該化合物の中間体であるポリオキシアルキレン誘導体(A)を提供する。(式(1)または(A)中、A1OおよびA2Oは、独立して、炭素数2~4のオキシアルキレン基を示し、mは20~500、nは15~700を示し、Rは、水素原子または炭素数1~20個の炭化水素基を示し、Xは生体関連物質と反応可能な官能基を示し、X1は保護されていてもよい水酸基を示す。)
