Abstract

 本発明は、有機酸塩又は無機酸塩の水溶液からなるめっき液添加剤からナトリウムやカリウム等の不要なカチオン成分を除去可能なめっき液添加剤からカチオンを除去する装置を提供することを目的とし、かかるカチオン除去装置は、RCOONa水溶液貯槽1が流路3により電気透析装置2の脱塩室13に連通しており、さらに脱塩室13からRCOOH水溶液貯槽4に連通しており、電気透析装置2の濃縮室14には、ナトリウムイオン回収機構5が連通しており、電気透析装置2の脱塩室13にRCOONa水溶液を供給することで、カチオン交換膜によりナトリウムが選択的に除去される一方、RCOO-はバイポーラ膜を透過しないので、RCOOH水溶液が処理液として得られる。この処理液をめっき浴へのめっき液添加剤として使用することができる。
